the room lacked ventilation in the bathroom, a bit stuffy at times.

I appreciated the breakfast options. There was a great array. I stayed in a corner room. It was huge. I had many windows that provided an AMAZING view. The bed and pillows were indeed comfy.

Check-in was slow. I waited 25 minutes. I was then informed my room wasn't ready. This was post-official check-in time. It took over 30 minutes for my bags to be delivered!

The covered walkway to SM CITY CEBU offered convenient shopping access. The staff provided helpful recommendations when I asked. I found live entertainment in the bar area each night.

Arranging a late check-out was difficult, causing frustration for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
